What I Offer

What I Offer

Five life coaching services for adults across Australia, one practice. They share a backbone — trauma-informed, lived-experience-led, practical rather than performative — but the shape of each is different. Some people come for mentoring and stay there. Others need a single mediation session. A workplace might book a workshop and a policy review in the same quarter. Sessions run remotely Australia-wide, with in-person options on the Sunshine Coast. If you’re not sure which fits, the discovery call sorts it quickly. Most decisions come down to format and pace, not topic.

Any questions?

Which service should I start with?

If you want one-to-one support, mentorship is the usual entry point. If there's a specific conversation you're trying to navigate with someone else, mediation. For organisations, it's policy or workshops. If you're not ready for any of that yet, the resources are a fine place to begin — start where the friction is lowest.

+

Can I use more than one service?

Yes, often that's how it works. Clients commonly pair mentorship with self-paced resources, or move from a workshop into one-to-one work afterwards. Organisations sometimes book a policy review alongside team workshops. We map the combination during scoping so it's coherent rather than scattered, and your investment is paced sensibly.

+

What does it cost?

Pricing varies by service. One-to-one mentoring and mediation are quoted per session or in short packages. Workshops are quoted per cohort or per organisational booking. Consulting is scoped to the brief. Learning resources are listed individually. The discovery call covers indicative pricing so there are no surprises before scoping.

+

Who do you typically work with?

Individuals in transition — surrogates, empty-nesters, people reassessing mid-career, those navigating identity or grief. Organisations across government, health, education and not-for-profit. The common thread is readiness for honest work. I'm less useful to people who want a quick fix or a story for their LinkedIn — that's not what this practice is.

+

What's not in scope?

I'm not a clinical therapist, a lawyer, or a crisis service. I don't diagnose, I don't represent you legally, and I'm not the right call when someone is in immediate danger — that's Lifeline on 13 11 14. I'll always tell you early if your situation needs a different professional, and where useful, I'll suggest where to look.
