What are your hours?

Sessions run Monday to Thursday, generally between 9am and 5pm AEST, with some early evening slots for clients in different time zones. Fridays are reserved for writing, consulting and admin. I don't take session work on weekends — sustainable practice for me is part of what makes the work sustainable for you.

How quickly do you reply?

Within two business days for most enquiries, often sooner. If you've sent a message and haven't heard back within three business days, please resend — emails occasionally go astray. I'd rather hear from you twice than miss you once. Replies sent on weekends are a bonus, not the standard.

Where are you located?

Bokarina on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, postcode 4575. In-person sessions are available locally by arrangement. Most clients work with me online, which keeps things simple regardless of where you are. The exact street address is shared once a session is booked, not before.

Is what we discuss confidential?

Yes. Confidentiality is the default and it's covered explicitly in your agreement. The exceptions are the standard ones — risk of harm to you or someone else, or a legal requirement. I'll always tell you if a situation is approaching one of those edges, never silently. Your story stays yours.

What if I'm in crisis right now?

Please contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 — they're available 24/7 and trained for crisis support. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 000. My work isn't crisis response, and trying to make it that would let you down. Once things have steadied, I'm here for the longer conversation.
