Workshops & Coaching
Workshops & Coaching
Some work is better done alongside other people. These transition coaching workshops run as four-week cohorts of six to ten participants across Australia — small enough that no one disappears, structured enough that something actually shifts. Current programs include Letting Go, Empty Nest Reset, Surrogate Identity Integration, and Returning to Self after Trauma. I also run trauma-informed leadership workshops inside Australian organisations, where the people doing the leading are usually carrying more than they admit. Sessions are practical, pace-aware, and held remotely or in person on the Sunshine Coast. You leave with tools you’ll still be using six months later.

Any questions?
Are workshops online or in person?
Cohort intensives run online by default — it widens the pool and lets people join from anywhere in Australia or beyond. Workplace workshops run in person on the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane, or online for distributed teams. I'll occasionally run an in-person retreat day; those are announced separately on the site.
What if I miss a week?
One missed session is workable. We schedule a brief catch-up call before the next live meeting so you don't lose the thread. Missing more than that disrupts the cohort, so I'm honest at intake about what the program asks of your time. Better to wait for the next round than start under-resourced.
Do you run workshops for workplaces?
Yes — trauma-informed leadership, difficult conversations and supporting staff through change are the most common topics. Format is usually a half-day or full-day session, sometimes a short series. Content is built for your team, not delivered off the shelf. We scope during a free initial call with whoever holds the brief.
How big are the cohorts?
Six to ten people. Below six, the energy thins. Above ten, individuals start to disappear. The size is deliberate and held firmly. It also means cohorts fill up — if a program is full, you can join the waitlist for the next round, which usually opens within two to three months.
Is one-on-one coaching available too?
Yes, that's the mentorship and guidance work. Coaching and mentoring overlap heavily in practice — the difference for me is depth and duration. If you're after one-to-one work rather than a group, the mentorship page is the right starting point and a discovery call will clarify which fits best.
